Symphonies of Sickness is the second studio album by English extreme metal band Carcass. It was released in the UK by Earache Records on 4 November 1989 and in the United States by Combat Records on 7 December 1990. Until 2013's Surgical Steel, this album marked the last time the band had recorded as a three-piece. This is also the band’s last album to feature lead vocals from drummer Ken Owen.
