The Obsidian Conspiracy is the seventh studio album by American heavy metal band Nevermore. It was released on June 8, 2010, in North America by Century Media and at the end of May in Europe. This was Nevermore's final album before they went on a thirteen-year hiatus between mid-2011 and late 2024, following the departures of guitarist Jeff Loomis and drummer Van Williams. It would also be the band's final studio album to feature frontman Warrel Dane, who died in 2017. The Obsidian Conspiracy was met with generally positive reviews. It was the band's first album to chart in Austria, Belgium, the United Kingdom, and the United States Billboard 200.
