L.I.F.T. is the fifth album by American progressive rock group NMB, released on February 27, 2026, via Inside Out. It is Neal Morse's fifteenth progressive rock studio album overall. The first single, "Fully Alive", was released with a video on December 5, 2025. The album was released as a limited edition 2CD digipak, a standard CD jewelcase, gatefold 2LP vinyl and digital download. The band intended to tour in support of the album, but depended on the availability of drummer Mike Portnoy, who is once again a member of Dream Theater.
