The music of U.K. singer, songwriter, and composer Tim Arnold has always been defined by reinvention — a restless shape-shifter across two dozen albums, whose genre-hopping has become the canvas for the causes he champions. He emerged in the 1990s as leader of Jocasta, a Britpop act distinguished by Arnold's complex orchestral arrangements. Arnold has forged a fiercely independent solo career beginning with 2004's Buddhist monastery-recorded Lokutara. His work is defined by genre swapping and community collaborative projects – from art rock and grunge on 2010’s Sonnet 155, to funk, jazz and music-hall on BBC Radio London’s album of the year - 2015's The Soho Hobo. Crowning this evolution, 2023's multi-genre opus Super Connected – is a reformation of the art of album-crafting that Arnold built intact with feature film, theatre show, podcast, and even a UK government petition that contributed to the national conversation about the risks of digital dependency.
