They use a hands-on approach to their work that utilizes their members' unique strengths and skills to create their content. Writing music, creating illustrations, choreographing, designing, conceptualizing, and managing themselves, their various social media, and merchandise shop, is only a portion of what their members do on a day-to-day basis.
