Kritta

In 2026, Kritta is creating momentum on his terms. The Bay Area artist, who started recording in his parents' garage, has turned every stepping stone into career-defining moments. His track 'Young Rapper,' from the self-produced album Kritta (beta), is now featured in NBA 2K25, marking a step in his growing global presence. Each track on Kritta (beta) represents a key moment in his journey. In 'Gospel,' he proclaims, "I’m gonna live my dreams," a direct statement of his commitment to forging his own path despite industry conventions. 'Peace' delves into the mental toll of that journey, with Kritta candidly admitting, "I’m just tryna find peace," reflecting the tension between ambition and personal balance. One of the standout tracks, 'iLY,' celebrates self-love and perseverance, with Kritta reflecting, 'I told myself, I love myself.' From the confidence in 'HNDL' to the motivation in 'Inspire or Retire,' Kritta (beta) serves as both a reflection of his journey and a roadmap for others. Like a product in its beta phase, the album embodies experimentation and refinement, showcasing Kritta’s growth as a producer, writer, and performer. A year after its release, the album continues to resonate, proving that its honesty and sound remain as relevant as ever.
