Justicious

Justicious is a contemporary electronic music artist and multi-format DJ from Vilnius, Lithuania. Starting off back in early 2010s as a kid fascinated by how oldschool hip-hop and broken beats were made, Justicious used to make a beat a day and put it up on the web as soon as it’s exported, getting the first wave of interest from it, as the lack of experience made his sounds very different and experimental. That’s how Justicious found his first music partner Lukulia, who Justinas later produced multiple songs for and that was the thing that made Justicious a well recognized name in Lithuanian rap scene. Getting to know music scene during the days of fidget house, wonky beats, UK funky and Despotin Beat Club - a local weekly eclectic yet bass and afro influence focused music radio show, Justicious became very versatile both as a producer and a DJ, later taking over the aforementioned show’s time slot on ZIP FM radio and starting his own show Dewforanimals on the station, active from 2014 until late 2019. Justinas debuted with his first vocal track “Emoji” in 2019, fully written, produced, engineered and performed by himself and continues his solo producer-turned-singer path while also maintaining a contemporary club music alter-ego project Boikafé.
