Murda Mook

Murda Mook is a legendary battle rapper from Harlem, New York, widely considered one of the most influential figures in the history of the sport. As a pioneer of the Ultimate Rap League (URL) and a flagship artist for SMACK/URL, Mook is often cited as the "Face of Battle Rap" and "The Logo". While Mook is a global superstar, his foundation is rooted in the Street Standard—the technical and gritty writing style that prioritizes logical dominance and lyrical density. His ability to maintain this standard while performing on the world's largest stages has made him a benchmark for all upcoming rappers in the culture.
