At the end of a party a few years ago, i crossed the path with the late Ema Discortant, who i knew by his work as a photographer and mutual friends before, said hello and we ended hanging out the whole next morning, listening to music, find a lot of taste in common and Ema came up with idea to ping pong us our favorite cover songs via youtube, which was fun so I started this playlist later with stuff i remembered and a lot more ever since. basically cover versions i like, some a bit unusual, versions you think "it must be the original", and some made the list that are no covers in the strict sense, unlike some covers i don't like. Little did i know that we would meet only once again in person after this day. Ema, this list is for you.
