JD McPherson LIVE at Feierwerk / Hansa 39 in Munich on June 3rd, 2025. Although he caught a cold in Spain a couple of days earlier he and his band did an amazing job. The venue was sold out and packed, it was really hot! JD mostly did songs from his new album "Nite Owls" which I highly recommend if you don't know it yet. It's more like a surf album and inspired by legendary guitar players like Dick Dale, Link Wray and Duane Eddy. The sound in that club was great as well, I've rarely heard a band sound that good in a club like this.
