Fugazi is the second studio album of the progressive rock band Marillion. It was released in 1984. The term 'fugazi' was originally coined by American troops during the Vietnam War and means 'fucked up got ambushed zipped in'. Hence, when Fish says 'The World is totally fugazi' he is referring to the state of the planet as depicted in the songs lyrical content.
