On April 22, 2012, MPT and WTMD 89.7 hosted Cris Jacobs Band, Old Man Brown, and Caleb & Saleem for an in house concert benefiting the Chesapeake Bay, with taped segments by Rachael Yamagata at the Rams Head in Annapolis. The event, dubbed the Concert for the Chesapeake Bay, aimed at raising volunteer hours, not money, in order to help maintain and restore the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. Good times were had by all.
