A group of seasoned and immensely talented NYC musicians (and a couple newbies to the stage, 1 Cornell med student & 1 NYU internal medicine resident) came together to donate their time and talents for the charity event Salsa for a Cure on June 11, 2009, hosted by the NY chapter of the Israeli organization Save A Child's Heart (www.saveachildsheart.org), raising money to allow for children from poor nations to receive life-saving heart surgeries!
