Hammersmith Odeon, London, December 28, 1979 - At the end of their 1979 US Tour, The Who returned to London for this show as part of the Concerts For the People of Kampuchea. This is a really great concert, one of the best of the year, featuring extended versions of quite a lot of the songs. 5:15 includes a very rare tease of Mystery Train and a bit I Am The Sea is played as part of the intro to Pinball Wizard. The My Generation jam is very long and includes rarities such as the I'm A Man/Hoochie Coochie Man medley (done for the last time here) and the obscure blues song I Don't Want To Be An Old Man. Pete is in an especially chatty mood this song, and even gives a "sermon" in the year's longest performance of Dance It Away! The video quality is a great pro-shot although I think some parts got messed up when I uploaded them, so it'd be best to just download it. 1. Substitute 2. I Can't Explain 3. Baba O'Riley 4.
