To both escape and to bring the goddess to justice when she reveals that she was the cause behind the attacks, Florian must endure through a series of barbaric trials of her own make to prove his worthiness to her -- all in the while his unit, finding out Florian to have been tricked and enslaved, assemble a rescue force to find a way to reach him from Earth.
