The grandfather of Dr.M.Balamuralikrishna, Prayaga Rangadasa was a prolific composer, many of whose works lie scattered and unrecognized here and there. The super sweet lyrics and the equally sweet melodies are his own. Prince Rama Varma is one of the few main stream artists who unfailingly make it a point to highlight this amazing composer's works in almost all his concerts and teaching sessions and do his best to give the composer the position he richly deserves.
