Songs on ncs which are/were not properly licensed to NCS, i.e NCS never held full rights of track and either collaborated with the artist or another label to release the song, DJ assassin and tobu's cases had both artists distribute the song instead of ncs when both songs were still NCS releases, Milky Way Stars similarly also is not fully licensed to NCS and janji holds most rights to the track, songs like Fallin and HOTTM are joint releases with NextGen Records, while Close and its remix derivative are joint released with FHM while songs like Coming Home, Explode and Fallen were never properly distributed in general, these are to list a few examples
