Nalitch is born in Moscow in 1981, he is Russian although his Grandfather was a Bosnian opera singer. He graduated in the University of Architecture in Moscow (МАРХИ) and studied music at the "Orfei" studio ("Орфей") under the direction of Irina Mukhina. He has worked for two years as an architect. Peter Nalitch sings in Russian, in English (with a Russian accent, because he refuses to pretend to speak correctly English and to hide his accent), but also in Italian ("Santa Lucia")[6], in French ("Il pleut toujours", on the EP "More") and in Babursi, an invented language. The lyrics of his songs are often humorous and can sometimes be compared to child songs ("Yeti" - «Йети», is a song about a lonely yeti). MKPN also did covers of Russian romances and Cossack songs. All their albums and songs are available for free on the official website of the band, with the mention "Pay what you will", even though the album and the EP have been released. Peter Nalitch had declared in an interview that they weren't really making money from album sales, only from the concerts given in Russia. http://www.peternalitch.com/ http://www.peternalitch.ru/b/?cat=5
