Duration 23:53 Vivaldi recomposed by Max Richter Very familiar music to most people, with just a touch of mix by Richter, ideal for morning meditations. Duration 44:00 The Wonder of Life by Alexander Desplat Desplat is famous for his very mild piano tones, his almost otherworld harp melodies and soft violins, amazing for guided meditations as background music. Duration 2:53 The Mirror by Alexander Desplat Violins and a faster and more dramatic tone, ideally used in a very slow volume for keeping up with meditations that have some short of struggle within their structure (climping up hills, running down to valleys, swimming etc) Duration 3:59 Poisoned Chalice by Hans Zimmer Zimmer is known for his dramatic effects over human voices tracks, this one is ideal for meditations with large temple-like buildings within meditations. A lot of humans chanting so if you're not into this kind of tracks this piece might not be for your meditations. Dramatic enough to be used with Hekate's darker epithets. Duration 6:33 Death is the Road to Awe by Clint Mansell Possibly the most dramatic of the pieces in this playlist, I would recommend to first listen it to the end and make sure you want it playing during meditation, for me it's a powerful track that overwhelms me on its own, I am using this piece in meditations for Hekate's both Cthonic and Cosmic aspects as its title indicates so.... Duration 8:27 The Truth is Elliptical by Dario Marianelli Strong tones of violins and bases, taken by an emotional OST, this track is ideal for guided meditations as background music. Duration 5:04 Ad Arcana by Hans Zimmer An almost playful track with undertones of violin and bass, beautiful music for meditations with Hekate as the World Soul, this music personally gives me perspective of size before the Gods and especially Hekate. Duration 6:21 Interstellar Main Theme (Extra Extended) By Hans Zimmer The last track for me is music made of Dreams, soft tones of piano, background violin, amazing rhythm of soft music, this one too is ideal for working with Hekate as the Cosmic Soul.
