Chewing - Songs For Linnéa

“Songs For Linnéa” is the second album by Chewing, a collection of minimal piano songs written for his first child. ‘Songs For Linnéa’ out September 13, available on limited edition vinyl. ‘Songs For Linnéa’ follows up Chewing’s 2019 debut album ‘Pacific Ocean Blue’: a dark, liberal cover of Dennis Wilson's 1977 album in its entirety, with features from Cults, Nico Segal, POP ETC, and of course his entire band Local Natives contributing their signature west coast harmonies. The ambient instrumental ‘POB EP’ arrived in 2019, followed by remixes for Cold War Kids and Peel in 2020 and a series of double-sided singles in 2022.
