The Electric Light Orchestra performs in Westfalenhalle, Dortmund, Germany, July 12th, 1986. Vault Notes: Rather than commit to their own headlining tour to promote Balance Of Power, ELO decided to instead play as second on the bill to Rod Stewart for several European dates, starting with a notorious show at Wembley Stadium (07-05-1986) where a large portion of the crowd left after the support act's set had concluded - a walkout captured for a live video of the headline performer that needed to be edited in such a way so as to hide gaps in the audience!. For the introduction to Twilight, Richard Tandy used this opportunity to start incorporating the opening of Zero Zero from Earthrise, which was released around the same time as the debut album by his side project, The Tandy Morgan Band.
