I've always wanted to learn how to make music that sounded like old Nintendo games. In the Fall of 2021, I discovered the FamiTracker and embarked upon learning how to use it as a creative medium. A natural place to start was to use the music of one of my musical idols, Johann Sebastian Bach, as source material. I didn't realize it at the time, but the two part inventions were the perfect selection for a first project. Since they deal exclusively with two voices and motif development, there was a lot latitude to explore the possibilities and limitations of the FamiTracker. It was an extremely educational and rewarding experience, and I'm honored to be able to share it with the YouTube community. Thank you for listening.
