This playlist of the 7 chakras aligns to the 7 major junction points, located in certain parts of the body. There is one chakra meditation video for each of the 7 chakras, starting from the root at base of the spine all the way to the crown of the head. Read the description of each video to learn about what each of these points are the gateway for and what blocks each of these energy points. You will have time to reflect on the sources of these blockages using the deep cello music as an aid to meditate on these blockages to let them go.
