Popular music from the 70s through the 90s that possibly inspired the “classic era” of Sonic the Hedgehog. Please check “Sonic Samples” for more direct similarities. "Classic Sonic" is defined as any Sonic game published before 1997 or that primarily takes place in the "classic" timeline/universe beginning with Sonic Mania. This is a response to Triple-Q's playlist "Music that sounds like it's from a modern Sonic game". Pop, jazz-funk, funk, fusion, soul, R&B, hip-hop, city pop, soft rock, new jack swing, house, hardcore. Not to be confused with https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list... by @Astro_Crunch
