JepSy & CTRLZ are back with a Progressive House collaboration featuring Rei Jum with the full support of Zyrille Zuño & Chordz. This track was released under his label Dreamify Records, which was supported by many artists. City Lights is about being along for a long time and finally having someone who is always there through good and bad times. The word "City Lights" is a metaphor about a person who gives light to your darkness part of your life, as to how the lights make a dark city bright.
