REVISORS: The New Voice of Pinoy Nostalgia Rock Manila-based alternative pop-rock quartet REVISORS is rapidly carving a unique niche in the local OPM scene. Composed of Keoni Jin (vocals/guitar), Raco Gonzales (lead guitar), Zell Irvine (bass), and Ninja Nicolas (drums), the four-piece outfit blends the comforting warmth of '90s guitar riffs with the sharp, anxious pulse of modern youth. Dubbing their signature sound "Nostalgia Rock," REVISORS balance raw musical grit with profoundly existential Tagalog lyrics. Their early debut EP, Salagubang, turned heads with infectious, feel-good rock rhythms like "OK Lang Yan," which captured everyday Pinoy struggles with a charming, wry honesty. The band entered a mature creative era after shortening their name from The Revisors to REVISORS. Signed under Off The Record in partnership with Sony Music Philippines, they cemented their evolution with the anthem "Pagupit". The track brilliantly treats a simple haircut as a bittersweet metaphor for moving on and letting go. Blending driving basslines with relatable heartbreaks, REVISORS prove that looking backward is sometimes the best way to move forward.
