Get stuck right into punk rock with this playlist of the Ramones' best songs. They started the punk scene in 1974 in Forest Hills, Queens, New York. Even though they weren't big sellers, the Ramones really made their mark on punk music and are known as the first true punk bad. They all chose to use "Ramone" as their last name, inspired by Paul McCartney's fake name "Paul Ramon," to show they were all in it together. For 22 years, they played an amazing 2,263 concerts, never slowing down, until their final show in Los Angeles in 1996.
