Here's some great music inspired by the legendary Nigerian bandleader Fela Kuti. Newen Afrobeat are from Chile and they are by far the best dancers. On "Opposite People" they are joined by Fela's son Seun Kuti (Antibalas does a great version of this song, too). Kokoroko is a group of young African women based in London. Antibalas, led by Nigerian-born martial arts master Amayo, is from Brooklyn, NY, part of the Dap-Tone universe.
