On July 7 at the Last Quarter moon, the protagonist stands at a critical crossroads. They must decide whether to protect or destroy the codex as shadows lengthen and the first real danger appears. The choice will shape everything that follows. 3. Descent to Darkness. In the dark days between the Last Quarter and the coming New Moon, the protagonist falls into isolation and growing fear. The codex’s power intensifies in the blackness, pulling them toward an inevitable ritual as hope fades. 4. New Moon Awakening. On July 14 under the New Moon, the codex fully awakens. The protagonist performs the ancient ritual in total darkness, unleashing (or binding) powerful lunar forces. This is the true beginning of the mystical thriller. 5. Crescent Whispers.
