Between 1968 and 1970 Bill Malone & Camille Parsons ran Artie Fatbuckle's Cellar and small, intimate venue in LA on the corner of Sunset and Gardner Street, behind the Guitar centre and then later on Melrose Avenue. I am presently writing an article on this venue for my fanzine FANTASTIC EXPEDITION and thought it would be a good idea to put together a playlist of some of the artists that played Artie's. These included Jackson Browne, Glenn Frey & JD Souther as Longbranch Pennywhistle, Judee Sill, Stephen Bishop, Penny Nichols, John Beland, Kathy Smith and many more.
