In 2020, the three pioneers of the new lo-fi trance scene unveiled their most focused effort yet: Ateriavia. This split album featured the most realized sounds from the most talented artists to come out of this scene. Ateriavia already serves not only as a landmark album for the community but a blueprint for what's in store for the future from the Dismiss Yourself label. Most often called HexD Trance due to its bBit crushed and lo-fi sound, it is often faster and harder than traditional trance, often crossing over into Freeform Hardcore. Currently Sextrance is a term used more recently by the artists in the community in a series of compilations and live performances which they may or may not settle on. Tracks can often be very short or extremely long and many dj mixes also exist often with nightcored trance classics with an overlaid bit crushed effect.
