Reach out to [email protected] for more information. François Rabbath is a newly-minted nonagenarian and legend of the Double Bass. Born in Syria, he moved to France in the 1950s. He performed live with Edith Piaf, Charles Aznavour, Paco Ibañez and the Rolling Stones among others before joining the Paris Opera Orchestra at age 50. Around that time, he became more and more interested in pedagogy. His method attracts followers from all over the world. Now as ever, he’s looking to learn and grow with curiosity and zest. François is joined by his son - pianist, tech guru, tour manager and more - Sylvain Rabbath. An accomplished musician and producer in his own right, you can find Sylvain in the studio with Head on Television and his newest venture, Yalla Queen.
