DD Rey – Blues / Folk / Americana (Mulhouse) Victor Sbrovazzo, founder of Dirty Deep, has decided to take the plunge solo, steering his own course alongside the paddleboat he’s been navigating as part of a trio for the past decade. A worthy heir to the great names of Delta blues (Son House, John Lee Hooker), yet also influenced by Appalachian songwriters, he has been traveling the roads of Europe and North America since 2011 — accompanied only by his guitar, his harmonica, and a fierce desire to turn his journey into a path toward freedom. Sometimes it’s the driving rhythm of a sharp-edged blues, other times the haunting stillness of a campfire under the stars. Riding the momentum of his 2024 EP “Rust Off My Knees”, he is now writing his first full-length album under the name DD Rey, titled “Ashes of My Forgotten Letters”, slated for release in 2026.
