This was recorded directly through the soundboard from Lifehouse's performance in the Netherlands at Pinkpop on August 6th 2003. It originally sounded pretty rough, but I was able to tweak few things to breathe some new life into these recordings. Rick's brother Sean Woolstenhulme stepped in to play lead guitar from 2002-2004 and the corresponding years were, decidedly, their most exciting era. Lifehouse was extremely raw and louder than ever during their live sets from this time period. Some songs even had several minutes of extra rock riffing embellishments added on for maximum effect. This recording now does an excellent job of capturing some of that pure emotion from this electrifying performance.
