First Impact

To everyone listening to this / Para los que escuchen esto: First Impact This song carries a story I wanted to tell with all the love in the world. It draws inspiration from that unstoppable energy that “Daddy DJ” by David Le Roy and Jean-Christophe Belval brought in the early 2000´s a piece that left its mark on so many and has lived on through thousands of versions over the years. Here I didn’t want to just repeat what’s been done before. I gave it original English lyrics, written like a real love letter: it speaks of the courage it takes to never give up, of the strength to keep fighting for the person you love no matter what stands in the way. It’s a tribute to that kind of resilience, but with a fresh essence all its own, filled with details poured straight from the heart so it feels alive and unique. And to give you an idea of the feeling behind this version, imagine something like this: “Shingi knew the Third Impact in his life, but I knew the First Impact… and that was you in mine.” Thank you for giving it a chance, for letting it into your day or your night. I truly hope you enjoy it, that it moves something inside you, and that it leaves you with the sense that real love always finds a way to make its first impact—and to last forever.
