Gin and Tonic started as a joke — I told my sister I wanted to fly to Korea and get a full facelift because I was tired of my face and jealous of how good-looking Koreans are. 😂 That silly moment turned into an idea… and that idea turned into a satirical music video. I happened to see an AI video where Madonna and Lady Gaga were styled like Salem witches, lip-syncing in the most dramatic, magical way. I was instantly inspired. So I thought — why not create my own K-pop star? That’s when J!N (진) was born: the pop persona I could never be, but always imagined. And with that, I made my first song: “Glow Up Nip Tuck” — a cheeky anthem about transformation, beauty standards, and self-love through satire. What started as fun quickly became something more meaningful. Gin and Tonic evolved into an outlet — a mix of humor, heartache, glow-ups, and all the things I’ve always wanted to express in music.
