Magic Lamp Radio Vol. 2

Hello and welcome to Magic Lamp Radio Volume 2. We are so excited to share with you 8 talented artists, 7 of whom have just joined our team. This month we are sharing with you a wide range of genres going from Techno (Deep, Peak-Time, Hard & Melodic) as well as some Psy-trance and big room. We first start off with Maha Fourar who is an Orlando local artist. Not only is she a killer behind the decks ranging in House, Tech House, and Techno. But she is a killer behind a DAW as well. That's right, Maha is our first Female DJ & Producer to be featured on Magic Lamp Radio which is why she deserves this headlining spot this month. Next up we have One For All. One For All is Magic Lamp Radio’s first-ever duo to be featured. They are an amazing pair and you can tell their friendship is unmatched. These two artists not only destroy their sets but just like Maha Fourar they are also producers. When they get behind a computer they really do create some magic. These two are up-and-coming and deserve this spotlight. Then we have Krystal. Krystal just started her DJing journey earlier this year and let me just say, you will be blown away by her set. She is our first artist to not only play Techno but also mix some Psy-Trance in her sets. If you ever get the chance to see her perform live, we highly recommend it. Her stage presence is unmatched and she knows how to feed energy to the crowd as well as take that energy from the crowd and kill it on the decks. Next up we have M-Tehk. M-Tehk is another Orlando local artist who never disappoints. His style of techno is unmatched in the scene here in Orlando as he really understands how to use a third deck. He doesn’t only play songs but he does incredible mash-ups as well. Taking vocals from one track or combining two tracks at the same time in order to make something new. He is an artist who should definitely be on your radar. Up next is Soy Pasha. Soy Pasha is an artist located in Tampa Florida. He is more known for playing Tech House style of music however has recently dived into the Techno scene. He is a super-talented DJ and deserves to be featured on MLR. He is someone who knows how to keep the listener engaged. Next, we have Hydroid. Hydroid sent us a description he wanted to share with all of you about his mix. This is what he had to say “I wanted this mix to totally exemplify my taste for dark, heavy, melancholic atmospheres. Dynamic synths, deep and rumbly kicks, and overall I want to express how this music makes me feel to you. I hope you enjoy it!” This mix from him is one that takes you on a journey. Just like Krystal, you can feel the energy through his mixing. The next artist to be featured in Volume 2 is none other than Prodgy. Prodgy is an up-and-coming artist located in the Sunshine State. Not only does he DJ, but just like many other artists located on MLR this month, he is a producer. His style is very much more big room however it’s slightly different. It’s very dark and energetic, and you can definitely feel the energy. He is such an amazing artist and person, and he 1000% deserves this spot on MLR. Last but not least we have the host of MLR, Genie Aero himself. Genie Aero returns for Volume 2 with a new mix called High Street. This mix takes a lot of inspiration from Charlotte De Witte as Genie Aero plays multiple remixes to the song High Street. Genie Aero did not make this set to be a Techno set, but he also threw in some Psy-Trance. He hopes you enjoy this mix as much as he has.
