MOTU's 21st official album is MOTU - BACK TO THE GARAGE. The album deals with a variety of socially relevant subjects such as guns in schools, division in America, factory farms, the commercialism of art, and more. It’s new MOTU music recorded “LIVE” in the studio with no overdubs and raw energy in the genres of Blues, Roots, Rock, and Americana. Just RAW, REAL and UNPOLISHED the way music should be! “MOTU is at his best on the album's socially conscious tracks case in point being track 6, "The World Is Broken". With lyrics like "When you're so damn tired of fighting with your friends, You need to take a pause, let yourself be cleansed," the album tackles some of the thorniest topics of today’s world circa 2022….Back To The Garage is a stunning and worthy follow up to the 2020 MOTU album Blues For The Beach.” -Roots Music Report Video cameras were on for all of the recording sessions so instead of just listening to this new album, you can watch the actual live-in-the-studio performances on the album. Enjoy and Thank You always for your continued support.
