The Imports were my band in high school. The group formed in Eveleth MN with Tim Leseman on drums, Russell Bergum on bass, and Tom Cerar on guitar. I wrote songs and played guitar and covered most lead vocals. Tom was soon replaced by Jim Rosati on guitar, then Rosati was replaced by keyboardist Jim Kennedy. The band also wrote and recorded 2 albums worth of material, then moved to Minneapolis, where we promptly disbanded. These are some of the songs we covered back in the 80's.
