Leveraging the Blanchet harpsichord: the minute we completed the Bach Orgelbüchlein project, we decided to approach Bach's trio sonatas, on harpsichord, aiming for transparency, as usual. The absolute star of the Blanchet is its 8', for the 2nd voice we use the 4', transposing it an octave down, plus the 8' of the pedal harpsichord. Some variations on the theme on the 2nd movements. My favorite so far: the "Largo" of BWV 529. Unashamedly inspired by Sergiu Celibidache.
