Starting out with the title track, the steamrolling rhythm section propels sinister synths and fuzzed-out riffs to the manic edge while soulful vocals become the perfect balancing contrast. "Awkward" continues in the same vein with more vocals of the haunting kind, eerie notes and a mysterious vibe throughout. "Studio 54" completely flips the script and stomps wildly, relying solely on the power of the drums and the cleverly sparse arrangement.
