In this Playlist I have collected all the tributes, the hommages, the "in memoriam" dedicated to Lyle Mays that I have found in recent years after February 10, 2020. I would like to clarify that the collection concerns the original compositions of the individual authors who were inspired to the style, to the sounds, to the atmospheres, to Lyle's "way of playing" or who have them expressly dedicated to him in the title or in the description. There is no order dictated by the greater or lesser satisfaction nor any ranking. I have certainly forgotten a few. Remind me of those in the comments and so I will add them. On the other hand, you will not find covers, interpretations, performances (although, in some cases, simply extraordinary) of songs by Lyle Mays or Mays-Metheny. Hundreds of them have come out in these two years. Some are extraordinary but here I wanted to highlight the new compositions.
