Independent hip-hop artist ARI3ON, a native of Indianapolis, Indiana, said growing up in the city helped shape his perspective as he navigated both the beauty and struggles of finding his identity. He said music began as an outlet but quickly became his purpose, allowing him to turn his experiences, lessons, pain, healing and vision into meaningful storytelling. ARI3ON said he strives to create music that encourages listeners to reflect on their lives and remember who they are. He described his sound as authentic, cinematic and emotionally driven, blending energetic hip-hop records with reflective and vulnerable songs centered on ambition, transformation, love, loss and purpose. Rather than creating music simply to be heard, he said he hopes every song leaves a lasting impact. ARI3ON credits artists such as Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, NBA YoungBoy and Nipsey Hussle for influencing his lyricism, creativity, authenticity and fearlessness. He said he wants listeners to walk away from his music feeling seen, motivated and inspired to continue growing through life’s challenges.
