KOLA

KOLA (Nicolas Lajeunesse) is a producer, singer, and multi-instrumentalist based in Montreal. Greatly inspired by a variety of genres and GOATs, his sound can be most closely defined as Daft Punk, J Dilla and Marvin Gaye’s musical lovechild.
Coming from a family of musicians, KOLA had a natural inclination towards music- playing clarinet and sax, and singing in choirs as a young child. In his teen years, he began producing beats which developed into a life-long obsession and a fruitful career.
In recent years, KOLA has worked and produced music with SHAH FRANK , Imposs, Fidès, JUE and Yzabo. He also toured Europe with Montreal-based rapper and artist L.Teez.
