MaxPtah

Representing Memphis, TN MaxPtah is a jack of all trades with being an emcee, producer, audio engineer and also shoot, direct, and edit music videos and short movies all based around the Hip Hop, or Memphop, culture. Shaped by the early golden years of hip hop, he learned the tricks of the trade by studying such producers as Q-Tip, DJ Premiere, Pete Rock, RZA, Madlib, and J Dilla, just to name a few. As a videographer he was able to break into the Memphis Music Video Festival in 2011 as the only person in the festival with no formal training in shooting, directing and editing videos. He just released the latest album "Prototype Patient Model II: A Beautiful Ruckus" in August 2025.
