The Coolers, a rock band hailing from Los Angeles, are on a mission to prove rock and roll is not dead. With their gritty and raw catchy hypnotic guitar hooks and self-reflective lyrics, their 60s meets 90s rock sound and attitude will leave you with a warm cup of nostalgia. With their recent release of their first self-produced EP, Troglodyte, they brought the warmth and rawness of the analog sound recording reel-to-reel at the world famous Clear Lake Recording Studios and mastered by multi-Grammy award winning Lurssen Mastering. The Los Angeles band formed in the summer of 2018 under the roof of drummer/singer Sergio Gonzalez’s garage, with long time music buddy guitarist Sadie Dean and Texas bred guitarist/singer Leslie Bumgarner. They’re happy to welcome their new bassist, east-coaster Sam Peterson, to the mix. Formerly of the popular New Jersey rock band Last Try, who shared the stage with CKY at Warped Tour, no big deal. They’re gearing up to record and self-produce a full album for 2020. The Coolers recently released as of July 2020, their new single "Karen" recorded 100% remotely during quarantine. This song is inspired and dedicated to all the Karen's in your life. Be sure to keep an eye on this bunch for more shows, new music and “Punyun’s with Funyun’s” jokes. With their powers combined, they are The Coolers.
