My journey has always been about real growth. I didn’t wake up successful — I worked my way here. I started in church, talent hunts, and university halls, where I built discipline, patience, and connection through music. I recorded my first song in 2017 but held back from releasing it, choosing self-development over shortcuts. While growing, I worked with brands, writing scripts and creating melodies for jingles that became widely recognized even before my debut. When I finally released music, my voice was already in demand. With Adulthood Anthem, I wasn’t chasing attention; I was sharing my truth. The song resonated deeply across Africa and the diaspora, especially during my UK tour. Over 100 million views later, the most important result was connection — fans singing every word, growing with my story. That connection evolved into Ladésphere, my fan community that lives online and offline. From phone-shot covers to real-life concerts, my audience didn’t just appear — we grew into each other organically. Collaborations with Crayon, Goya Menor, Olamide, and Kani Kapoor reflect credibility across streets, mainstream, and premium spaces. My work with Airtel, Maltina, Goldberg, MTN, Maggi, Tecno, First Bank, and others is built on trust my audience believes in. I’m Ladé — the Merchant of Melodies.
