Snehasis Rath

Born on 14th August 1991 in Rourkela (Odisha). At the age of 14 , while I was returing to home from school riding a bicycle, I hummed a melody , later I realized what I was humming was nothing but an original music idea. From that day onwards, such musical ideas often visited my mind randomly. At 18, I was admitted to an Engineering College when I had my first love story , thankfully a tragic one. Well I say thankfully because , the Pain in my heart became the key ingredients of my song. I started sharing my songs with some of my friends who appreciated my talent, and could see that there was something special and unique about my songs. At 22, I was confident that my songs had the capability to touch a soul. But what I lacked was knowledge of any music instruments. So I bought my keyboard with my own salary . Now I was working for an IT Company & parallely chasing my musical dreams. Interestingly, my IT profession & my musical passion intersected at a point, that was a point where I met IT colleagues who were into music, drama and arts. Their influence combined my keyboard learning helped me in growing & become the musician that I am today. At 31 Today, I have composed for Plays, Short Films , Indpendent Music Videos and dream of being a music composer for Bollywood films. I aspire to work with singers like sonu nigam, shreya ghosal.
