Anand Wilder

Singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Anand Wilder is best known as co-founder of shape-shifting experimental indie rockers Yeasayer. With a sophomore album due for release in Summer 2025, Anand Wilder returns with his first single “Appointment in Samarra,” a swirling indie-psychedelic pop journey blending lush textures and haunting melodies. Known for shaping the experimental pop sound of the 2010s, Wilder channels his boundary-pushing instincts into a cinematic solo vision. Fans of Yeasayer and Unknown Mortal Orchestra will find a new obsession here. This is Wilder reimagined—vivid, fearless, unforgettable.
