Swiss-Italian singer-songwriter Veronica Fusaro is one of Switzerland’s most distinctive emerging voices, known for sharp lyricism, soulful intensity, and a sound that blends alternative pop with rock and soul. Raised in Thun, she discovered music early as a way to turn vulnerability into strength. Her career took off in 2016 after winning Demo of the Year at m4music and being named SRF 3 Best Talent. Since then, she has released three EPs and her debut album All the Colors of the Sky (2023), which entered the Swiss charts at #5 and earned her Thun’s Culture Prize. In 2025, she was named one of IMPALA’s “100 Artists to Watch,” marking her growing international recognition. A powerful live performer, Fusaro has played over 500 shows worldwide, from clubs to major festivals such as Glastonbury, Montreux Jazz Festival, and Gurtenfestival, and has supported artists including Mark Knopfler in Nîmes. Her concerts combine intimacy, presence, and raw energy. Her second album, Looking for Connection (October 24, 2025), is her most personal work to date. Addressing modern isolation, self-doubt, and comparison culture, it pairs emotional depth with danceable grooves. Singles like Gold Rush, Slot Machine, and Jealousy explore inner conflict, while No Rain No Tears celebrates human closeness and has already charted in Switzerland (Top 50) and Germany (Top 200).
